Notekept, so you find it

Keep the recipe,
not just the video.

Someone cooks something in forty seconds. You save it. Three weeks later you cannot find it, and nobody ever wrote the recipe down. Paste the reel and we write it out for you.

What to do

The steps, in order, if the video gave them.

Where it came from

The reel itself, so you can watch the tricky bit again.

How it works

  1. 01

    Paste the link

Copy it from Instagram. Nothing to install.

  2. 02

    We read it

The caption, the voiceover, the words on screen.

  3. 03

    You keep it

In a notebook you can search, on every device.

Questions people ask

How do I save a recipe from an Instagram reel?

+

Copy the link to the reel and paste it into ReelsNote. It reads the caption, the voiceover and the words on screen, then writes out the ingredients and the steps as a note you can search. The reel stays attached, so you can rewatch the part where they do the thing with the pan.

Does it get the ingredients right?

+

It writes down what the video actually said. If the cook never said how much butter, the note will not say either, because guessing an amount in a recipe is worse than leaving it out. What was said is what you get.

Can I find my recipes again later?

+

Yes. Everything you keep goes into a notebook you can search by ingredient, by dish or by the person who posted it. That is the whole point: Instagram's saved folder has no search, so a recipe you saved in March is effectively gone.

Does it work for any cooking video?

+

It works with public Instagram reels and posts. If the recipe is only shown and never said or written, there is not enough to write down, and we tell you that instead of inventing it.
